Trump Taj Mahal Set to Close After Labor Day

Multiple bankruptcies and a union strike have brought the poorly-proclaimed Eighth Wonder of the World to an end.
After Labor Day weekend, the Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City will close.
Opened over two decades ago, the casino was marketed as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.”
However, Donald Trump can claim no hand in casino’s current woes.
The business was sold off to Tropicana Entertainment.
It was previously owned by the now defunct Trump Entertainment Resorts company.
